Monthly commitment is our preferred billing model. A one-time onboarding fee applies and is billed separately from your monthly membership: $300 for Core, $600 for Comprehensive, $1,500 for Complete. Plus the cost of your medications, billed at preferred member pricing. Clinical services are provided by Peresin Medical Services, PLLC, not Novus MD LLC. How is Novus different from my regular doctor?
Most care is built for volume: a packed schedule, a short visit, a reference range, and a follow-up if it gets worse. Novus is a concierge membership: one care team, your full picture, and the time to actually look at it.
How long does the initial review take?
The intake takes about two minutes. What comes after is the opposite of a seven-minute visit. A care coordinator walks you in, comprehensive labs build your picture, and a licensed clinician reviews everything before any clinical conversation happens.
What if I need labs?
Labs are part of the process for most members. We coordinate everything through our lab partner, Sage Bio. You don't have to figure it out on your own.
Is this covered by insurance?
Novus is a concierge practice with transparent pricing and no surprise billing. We'll be clear about what everything costs before you commit to anything.
What happens after my initial review?
You enter an ongoing care relationship: a team that knows your history, regular check-ins, secure messaging, and support that adjusts as your life changes. Not a one-off script. A real relationship.
